The weekend started with the ROYAL WEDDING!

Congratulations Duke & Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William & Kate Middleton).

It was a beautiful wedding hence also it was an elegant wedding. Kate's wedding dress was said to be one of the most beautifully designed & it is also said that this kind of dress will set a trend in America and not forgetting in the world. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the entire Royal wedding live telecast as well as the encore. I only managed to watch the wedding service.

Again, big congrats to them..watching their marriage made me crave for one for myself..hehehe..

During the weekend, I also had attended the Opening ceremony for the Kaamatan Month. Well, bukan juga betul2 attend, just went to have a look on whats happening at the humble Tamparuli Town. It was shockingly full of people! I went there on Saturday night to wander around the Tamu and also on Sunday lagi la..so many people. So many cars. Jammed sini and sana. Ha2. At first, was so enthusiastic to watch the UN but, demotivated terus when we saw the entrance of the TH Hall was full of people. Somemore, in the middle of squeezing here and there, the rain came pouring. We don't have any other choice than to be stranded at the kaki lima as we came there by foot (luckily, fiance's house was nearby and it only took us approximately 10-15 minutes to reach the town, there was no car, only one little umbrella...*sigh*) The rain poured heavily for almost 30 minutes jugalah. After the raging rain calmed down, then we walked to the nearest coffee shop to have a bite on something cos we were so damn starving. At that time, TEDA HARAPAN MAU MASUK DEWAN SUDAH. Hahaha...its okey, later on we could always check out the winner of the UN from the Tuaran Kaamatan Page. Last-last, terbili ini saja...

...inspired from the Royal Wedding...wakakaka ada hati mau jadi royal kunun. After grabbing this one for RM11.50 then we headed home, crossing the famous Jambatan Tamparuli.

Then, at night....THOR!!!!!

Thus the end of the weekend. Congrats to the UN winner & runner up. Both will be representing Tuaran & Tamparuli for the upcoming Kaamatan. With the launching, the saloon & MUA will be busy advising their 'kuda'. The districts will be busy organizing their own Kaamatan Celebration.
